1. Parties
This document is a public offer from [full name, self-employed individual under the Russian professional income tax regime, INN] (“the Seller”)
to conclude a contract for the sale of a software licence on the terms below.
Any person who completes payment (“the Customer”) accepts this offer in full.
2. Subject
The Seller grants the Customer a non-exclusive licence to use the software listed on the pricing page, on the terms of the licence agreement. Ownership of the software is not transferred.
3. Price and payment
3.1. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may be changed by the Seller at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the moment of payment.
3.2. Payment is made through a payment provider. Currency conversion and any fees charged by the Customer’s bank are outside the Seller’s control.
3.3. The contract is considered concluded when funds are confirmed as received.
4. Delivery
4.1. The licence key and the download link are sent to the e-mail address given
by the Customer during checkout, normally within […] hours of payment
confirmation.
4.2. Delivery is electronic only. No physical media are shipped.
4.3. If nothing arrives, the Customer should check the spam folder and then contact the Seller at the address on the contact page.
5. Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee
5.1. The Customer may cancel the purchase for any reason within 14 calendar days of payment and receive the full amount back. To do so, the Customer writes to the Seller’s support address from the e-mail used at checkout and quotes the licence key or the order number.
5.2. When a refund is made, the licence key is revoked on the licence server. The Customer must stop using the software and delete all copies; work already produced with it remains the Customer’s.
5.3. Refunds are returned by the original payment method through the payment provider, normally within 5 business days after the request is approved. How long the money then takes to reach the Customer’s account depends on the bank.
5.4. The guarantee applies once per Customer. The Seller may decline a refund where the guarantee is plainly being abused, for example when a licence is bought, used for a complete project and returned, or when the same person requests refunds repeatedly.
5.5. After the 14-day period a refund is made only where the software does not perform as described and the Seller is unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time.
5.6. Nothing in this section limits the rights the Customer has under the consumer law of their country. A free trial is available before purchase, and the Customer is encouraged to use it.
6. Obligations of the Customer
The Customer is responsible for providing a valid e-mail address, for keeping the licence key confidential, and for complying with the licence agreement.
7. Liability
The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence. The Seller is not liable for lost profit, lost data, or downtime arising from the use or inability to use the software.
8. Applicable law
This offer is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes that
cannot be settled by negotiation are resolved at [court / arbitration venue].
