Frequently asked questions
Can I try before paying?
Yes. The trial is the full plugin for 14 days, with no watermarks and no limits. Try it on your own data before you buy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of payment you can get your money back, no questions asked. Write to us from the e-mail you used when paying and include your license key or order number. We deactivate the license and send the money back the same way you paid. A refund is available once per customer; we may decline if the guarantee is clearly being abused.
What happens when the update period ends?
The plugin keeps working on the last version your update period included. You only need to renew to get newer versions.
Which payment methods work from my country?
Visa and Mastercard cards from banks outside Russia. From Russia you can pay by SBP transfer or with a Russian bank card.
Can I move the license to a new computer?
Yes. On the old computer press Deactivate on This Computer in the License rollout, then activate the key on the new one. If the old computer is gone, write to us and we will move the license for you.
Do you issue invoices for companies?
Yes. Write to us before paying and we will prepare an invoice with the details your accounting needs.
