License agreement
What you may and may not do with the software after purchase.
Updated: September 10, 2026
Draft — needs review before launch. Fill in every
[…]placeholder and have the seat-count and node-locking rules match whatever your licensing system actually enforces. Delete this note once it is reviewed.
1. Grant of licence
Upon payment, [full name] (“the Licensor”) grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable licence to install and use the software on the number of
computers stated for your plan on the pricing page, for an unlimited time unless
the plan you bought states a fixed term.
2. Permitted use
You may use the software for commercial work, including work produced for clients. Geometry, images and animations you create with it are yours, with no royalty and no attribution required.
You may install the licence on a second machine — for example a workstation and a laptop — provided only one instance is in use at a time.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software or your licence key;
- share the licence key outside your organisation;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the software, except where such a restriction is void under applicable law;
- remove or alter any notice contained in the software.
4. Updates
All updates released within 12 months of the purchase date are included. After that the software keeps working at the last version your licence covers; renewing the update period unlocks newer releases.
5. Trial version
The trial is licensed for evaluation for 14 days. It may not be used for commercial delivery. All other terms of this agreement apply to it.
6. Warranty
The software is provided “as is”. The Licensor does not warrant that it will be free of defects or suitable for a particular purpose. A trial is available so you can evaluate suitability before paying.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
8. Termination
The licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms, and when the purchase is refunded under the 14-day guarantee described in the terms of sale. On termination you must stop using the software and delete all copies. Work already produced with it remains yours.
9. Applicable law
This agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
